A Sample Stay

Three Days, Fully Planned

Every retreat is shaped around your team. Here’s how three days with us tend to unfold.

Day One

Arrive and settle into your inn. Gather that evening for a welcome dinner hosted by Bistro Amasa in the Drawing Room.

Day Two

Breakfast at your inn, then a working morning in the Drawing Room and an afternoon of wine tasting in the Santa Ynez Valley. Dinner al fresco at Barbareño.

Day Three

One more breakfast and a closing session, then a beach day with The Barbara Beach Club before your team heads home.

One point of contact plans it all: rooms, meetings, meals, transportation, and excursions. You just gather your people.
